An Upperman High School English teacher has been flown to Vanderbilt Medical Center after being injured at a Baxter truck stop.
Lisa Brown suffered head injuries when she was hit by a car Wednesday night and knocked to the ground. The accident happened at the Love’s Truck Stop, just off Interstate 40 around 8pm.
Brown’s daughter, Autumn Welch, said her mother was life-flighted to Vanderbilt Medical Center.
