141 COVID-19 Upper Cumberland positive tests reported Wednesday by the Tennessee Department of Health.
Putnam County reported 81 cases Wednesday, many of those the cases showing up from the Signature Health Care outbreak. Cumberland County reported 33 cases, 7 in Dekalb County, 5 in Overton.
Jackson County cases stand at four, Smith County stands at three. Clay, Fentress, Warren and White counties reported two cases as of Wednesday.
Statewide, the number of cases rose to 4,362 with 79 fatalities.
Some 37 percent of the positive cases are among individuals 21-40.
