Two Bodies Found Inside Burning Home In Clarkrange

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigations is investigating after Fentress County authorities found two bodies inside a burned home Sunday night.

The 8th District Attorney General has requested the TBI’s assistance with determining the circumstances of last night’s house fire.

“All I can tell you is that there were two bodies pulled from the rubble,” Fentress County Sheriff Michael Reagon said. “The bodies have been sent for an autopsy and we do not know the names and the incident remains under investigation.”

Reagon said he blaze broke out around 7:00 p.m. at a home on 640 Deer Lodge Highway in Clarkrange.
