The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office arrested two people Sunday following an intensive drug trafficking investigation.
Authorities charged 35-year-old Gregory Livers and 25-year-old Mariah Hearld with sell and delivery of methamphetamine. Officials have set bond amounts for both individuals at $140,000.
Deputies took Livers into custody for a probation violation after he left his home on Old Salem Road. A press release said deputies conducted a traffic stop and found Livers possessing methamphetamine, Oxycodone, Xanax, and baggies.
Following the traffic stop, multiple law enforcement agencies conducted a narcotics search warrant at Liver’s home. The release said authorities found Hearld inside a rear bedroom near a 38-caliber revolver. Both Livers and Hearld are convicted felons and not permitted by law to be in possession of a firearm.
Agents also discovered a large amount of methamphetamine inside the home.
