Tennessee Tech’s Homecoming Food Pantry Campaign raised over $54,000 to help students and families in need in the Tech community.
The original goal of the campaign was $10,000. Associate Director of Student-Affairs Learning Center Michelle Huddleston said that the funds will help the pantry to better accommodate those with dietary restrictions as well as provide more healthy options.
Huddleston said that since its conception in 2012, the pantry has served over 1,000 members of the campus community.
