Three people suffered injuries during a single vehicle accident in Cookeville Tuesday.
The accident happened around 12:30 p.m. on Interstate 40 near westbound mile marker 286. The Tennessee Highway Patrol said the crash happened when a 2006 Dodge Durango hydroplaned during heavy rains and crashed into a tree.
The driver, 34-year-old Monica Peacock, received treatment at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
64-year-old Sharon Peacock and 62-year-old Scott Peacock also received medical treatment along with a 5-year-old child.
