The Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating a fire truck rollover in White County.
The Mt. Gilead Volunteer Fire Department reports the incident occurred around 11 a.m. Friday on Old Smithville Highway.
The truck belonging to the Cassville Volunteer Fire Department while responding to a non-emergency incident. The 37-year-old driver attempted to move to the right shoulder to let a car pass by when he lost control of the truck near Harden Road.
The driver of the fire truck suffered scrapes and was wearing a seat belt when the accident occurred. Fire officials report the truck will be a total loss.
