This week in the Upper Cumberland the Cookeville City Council will gather for a work session Tuesday at 4:00 p.m.
Council members will review agenda items for their regular meeting Thursday which begins at 5:30 p.m.
The Crossville City Council will workshop an engineering agreement for its American Rescue Plan Projects Tuesday. Members will also discuss repair options for a ladder truck that was fried by an electric line earlier this year.
The work session starts at 5:00 p.m.
The Putnam County Planning Commission will consider a preliminary plat for a 22-lot subdivision Tuesday. The Window Cliff Road development would leave 48 acres for future lots.
Business begins at 6:00 p.m.
The Sparta Board of Aldermen will meet at 5:00 p.m. Thursday. The Baxter City council will meet at 6:00 p.m. following a planning committee meeting Thursday.
Gainesboro Aldermen will continue discussions of constructing a new water plant Thursday. A consulting engineer has recommend a new facility since the current one has reached capacity.
The meeting starts at 7:00 p.m.
