Tennessee Tech To Break Ground On New Laboratory Sciences Building

Tennessee Tech University will break ground this Friday on its new Laboratory Sciences Building.

The 164,000 square-foot facility will eventually be the largest building on campus and house the chemistry department and a portion of the biology department. The $90 million facility is expected to be ready for occupancy by the fall of 2020.

The building will be located immediately north of the Capital Quad residency halls on the site of the current parking lot, along Stadium Drive.
