Tennessee Tech alumni considering a career change during or after the pandemic can participate in a webinar.
Crawford Alumni Center Director Brandon Boyd said this is Tech’s first alumni virtual outlet.
“I think it’s great the university can offer something to those who might be struggling,” Boyd said. “Of course, not everyone has been affected the same way. but this is just a great outreach the university can do. With the resources we have, why not share those with our alumni to maybe put them in a better position to better themselves.”
The webinar will be Thursday at 12:00 p.m. CT. Boyd said any alumni can register online for the webinar.
Career Development Director Russ Coughenour is the guest speaker. Boyd said Coughenour usually gives a webinar for students, and he decided to host one for alumni.
“I think it’s forgotten and often overlooked resource for alumni too. Any alum can call on the center for career development,” Coughenour said.
