Tech Faculty Searching For Women To Study Cyber Security

Tennessee Tech faculty in Chicago this week trying to attract more high school and college women to a cyber security career.

Tech hosting the fifth annual Women In Cyber Security Conference. Some 1,200 students ranging from high school to graduate level will be in attendance through Saturday. Eric Brown is assistant director of Tech’s Cybersecurity, Education, Research and Outreach Center.

Brown says the conference moves around the nation to attract different students to the career and potentially Tennessee Tech.
