Tennessee Tech extended spring break for students Thursday and plans to move to online classes after the break.
Spring break will extend from March 16 to March 27. University offices will operate on a normal schedule. Faculty and staff should report as normal.
Monday, March 30, the university plans to conduct online classes and learning through alternate methods. Students must check their student emails regularly for updates on the exact plans.
“We also have a responsibility to the larger community to do our part with precautionary decisions and actions,” A Statement From Tennessee Tech said. “At this time, there are no reported cases of COVID-19 on campus, in Cookeville or Putnam County.”
