Volunteer Energy Cooperative has a new President and CEO starting in December. Dion Cooper was selected by the Board of Directors to replace Rody Blevins who retired. Cooper said the opportunity means a homecoming back to Volunteer Energy where his electric cooperative career began in 2006.
