Tennessee Department Of Transportation continues its fight against highway litter with its 3rd annual No Trash November. The Tennessee Department of Transportation said to be ready for closed lanes on the eastbound I-40 highway Sunday and Monday night. Drivers should be prepared for lane closures between mile markers 292 and 297 in the eastbound left lane.
