The Cookeville Planning Commission approved the rezoning of 7.62 acres at the corner of Tennessee Avenue and Bob Gentry Road. The city of Cookeville has submitted a rezoning application to change a seven and a half acre parcel on Tennessee Avenue to heavy manufacturing.
