Sparta Homeless Shelter Offering Shopping Spree

Seeds of Hope in Sparta is raising money in hopes of securing a permanent location for its Coldest Nights Shelter. Someone can win a three-minute shopping spree at Sparta’s Save-A-Lot store. As overnight temperatures continue to drop, Seeds of Hope of Tennessee is preparing its Coldest Nights Shelter in White County.
