Putnam County graduating seniors can pick up wristbands for their four guests Wednesday. Cookeville pickup will take place from 9am-Noon Wednesday. Monterey seniors can pickup wristbands from 11am-4pm Wednesday. Upperman wristband pickup will take place from 8am-Noon Wednesday.
