Unemployment dropped in every Tennessee county in February, but three Upper Cumberland counties ended February among the state’s ten highest unemployment rates. Election officials across the Upper Cumberland reported low voter turnout Tuesday, most attributed the limited turnout to rain and typical lack of interest in primary elections.
