Monterey High student Anderson Jiguan became the 100,000th Putnam County student to earn a career certification in the system’s history. Jiguan received a Center for Financial Responsibility Personal Financial Literacy Certification. The honor came from iCEV, a leading producer of CTE curriculum, testing and data management.
