Masks are no longer required in Cookeville City facilities if an individual has been fully vaccinated. The Livingston Board of Alderman Monday signed a proclamation for the city strongly encouraging all residents to wear masks and socially distance in public. About 1,000 free face masks are available for any Dekalb County resident through the Anti-Drug Coalition.
