Algood Police have identified a suspect and issued a warrant for a suspect in the last week’s Algood Manor kidnapping. Algood Police Chief Dale Armour said the suspect is wanted for kidnapping, four counts of aggravated assault, aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary. Algood Police investigating an alleged kidnapping and armed robbery at the Algood Manor Thursday night. It happened around 11:45pm. The victim was released soon after along Highway 111 at the 10th Street ramp. Police said it was not a random act, but apparently a specifically targeted event.
