Livingston Shirt Factory Rezoning Considered For Commercial Use

Livingston is considering rezoning eight properties around the old shirt factory into its central business district. Livingston Community Planner Tommy Lee said the properties are currently zoned for light industrial, only allowing for manufacturing. Putnam Labor Survey Participation Low For Local Industries

Responses to the every two-year survey of Putnam County industries have been slow in 2021. Only three of 71 industries participating in the wage and benefits survey have completed it.
