The Byrdstown Industrial Development Board wants to explore the possibility of connecting the town’s Industrial Park to the town’s sewer system. Cookeville IDB Approves Transfer of Tennessee Ave. Parcel To Sell

Cookeville took the next step Thursday to sell some seven acres on Tennessee Avenue to a concrete mixing company. Cookeville City Council approved a resolution conveying a portion of land off of Tennessee Avenue to the Industrial Development Board Thursday night.
