The Fentress County Commission approved putting $58,000 towards creating a pad ready site at the Clarkrange Regional Business Park. Cookeville took the next step Thursday to sell some seven acres on Tennessee Avenue to a concrete mixing company. Cookeville City Council approved a resolution conveying a portion of land off of Tennessee Avenue to the Industrial Development Board Thursday night.
