Former legislator Frank Buck who served Cannon, Dekalb and Smith Counties over some 18 terms, has died. Buck was 89. The Tennessee Tech graduate was born in Trousdale County and settled in Dekalb County. Buck elected to the State House in 1972 for the first of 18 terms. He retired in 2008.
