Cookeville Planning Commission Approves Rezoning For Fisk Road Property

The Cookeville Planning Commission approved the rezoning of 2210 Fisk Road from a multi-family residential to a commercial-industrial mixed-use property. The request was submitted to allow the creation of a convenience store with a restaurant or townhomes. Cookeville’s Fisk Road Closed Wednesday Morning

Cookeville’s Fisk Road will close on Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Water Quality Control Department will close the portion from East 10th Street to Sunset Drive for sewer repairs.
