Fentress County reducing fund balance by some $129,000 after a judge ordered restitution reduced for a former finance department employee convicted of stealing from the county. Fentress Board Approves Outpatient Drug Treatment Launch

Fentress County Commissioners approved funding Monday night to begin intensive outpatient treatment for drug addiction. Opioid settlement money will be used to fund a one-year agreement with Jamestown’s Manna House Ministries. The Fentress County Highway Department presented an updated county road list to Commissioners Monday night.
