Putnam County traffic stops over Thanksgiving weekend led to two drug arrests. The first stop occurred Wednesday that resulted in the arrest of Jamie Powell. 14 individuals arrested Thursday on drug charges in “Operation Tis The Season.” Sheriff Eddie Farris said the arrests came after months of surveillance and investigation.
