Second Arrest in Four Days for Bobby Lynn Norris

Just four days after his arrest for felony auto theft and assorted misdemeanors, Bobby Lynn Norris of Crossville was arrested again Tuesday afternoon on drug charges. Multiple complaints filed this past week with the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office charge MSW Home Solutions of Crossville with home-improvement service-provider fraud.
