The state will move to vaccinations for the 1-C group next week. That opens eligibility to those 16 years or older at high risk for COVID complications. A set back in power restorations occurred in Putnam County Wednesday with a new outage reported near Bunker Hill Road. Jail Expansion Could Be Impacted As Commissioners Approve Just 4 Parcels

Putnam County Commissioners approved the purchase of four parcels surrounding the Justice Center and Jail Monday night. But the $888,000 purchase will not provide enough parking spaces for the expansion.
