Tennessee Tech Board Of Trustees Passes Naming Of New Engineering Building

The Tennessee Tech Board of Trustees approved a name for its new engineering building. Chair Trudy Harper said the building will be called the Ashraf Islam Engineering Building in honor of the 1968 Tech graduate. Tech Engineering Building Approved By THEC

Tennessee Tech’s Engineering Building sits atop the list of more than $480 million in capital recommendations approved Friday by the Tennessee Higher Education Commission. Tech Grad Enrollment Up 18 Percent

Tennessee Tech graduate enrollment has increased some 18.3 percent over last year. According to statistics released by the university, some 1,399 students are taking graduate courses at Tennessee Tech.
