Cookeville’s Cinderella Park will be closed Saturday for needed maintenance. The playground, swing set, and picnic shelter at the facility located off Mitchell Avenue will be unavailable. Algood has wrapped up the final renovations on the grounds of Cinderella Park and are ready to install equipment. City Administrator Keith Morrison said the drainage box and some tiles had to be rebuilt.
