The body of former Mayor Lyndon Baines was found Thursday at Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area. Baines was last seen leaving his home on a motorcycle Sunday. The Cookeville Police Department has identified the dead body at 1100 England Drive as 46-year-old Russell D. Crabtree.
