The Putnam County Commissioners budget committee saw a seven percent increase in county general fund expenses as budget deliberations began Monday night. Atwood Elected Chair Putnam Commissioners

Mike Atwood will serve as the new chair of the Putnam County Commissioners. In the first meeting of the new fiscal year, county commissioners reorganized the committees and leadership.
