Jackson County Law Enforcement is looking for 26 year old Elijah Paul Foster after shots were fired into a residence on Pine Lick Road. The shots were fired on December 18, and Foster was last known to be on foot in the area. Algood Police have identified a suspect and issued a warrant for a suspect in the last week’s Algood Manor kidnapping. Algood Police Chief Dale Armour said the suspect is wanted for kidnapping, four counts of aggravated assault, aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary.
