The Putnam County Library has summer planned out for the county’s children.
Assistant Librarian Chelsea Gifford said the programs are free and offered each day.
“They have the option of registering for the reading incentive program where they can do a reading log each week and turn it in and win a prize, but you don’t have to sign up for any of that to attend any of the programs we have here at the library,” Gifford said.
The theme of the program is “Build a Better World.” Lunch is provided Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday through the Putnam County Summer Feeding program.
