The National Weather Service reported a small tornado debris signature on radar after a storm passed through western Putnam County Friday night.
The report came about 7:35p as a storm moved out of the Center Hill Lake area and toward Baxter.
Putnam County 911 reported roof damage to a home on Cheyenne Trail outside Baxter. The home is located off Baxter Road south of Interstate 40. 911 crews were headed to the scene.
Tornado debris signatures (TDS) are radar indications of debris in the atmosphere after a tornado touchdown. It can be anything from trees and plant debris to building materials.
