State-Of-The-Art Extended Stay Hotel To Debut In December In Cookeville

COOKEVILLE –  A new, state-of-the-art extended stay hotel debuts in December on S Jefferson Avenue.

Candlewood Suites, a Holiday Inn brand, offers guests staying three to four nights a full, high tech facility, Jeff Smith, project coordinator, said.

“We’ll have the best of the best internet service within the facility. We’ll also have an extensive market to choose from items to prepare in their guest room for meals,” Smith said.

Candlewood Suites also features an outdoor gazebo for grilling, a full exercise facility and a fully-equipped kitchen in each suite. Towneplace Suites, located on S Sams Street, offers an extended stay experience similar to Candlewood Suites, Smith said.

Smith said the hotel is scheduled to be finished by the second week of December.

“Things are on schedule and we’re very excited,” Smith said.
