A Cumberland County Grand Jury has charged a man from Spencer in the fatal stabbing death of an elderly man in Pleasant Hill last month.
Charges against 47-year-old Billy Joe Wannyn include premeditated first-degree murder, felony murder, and aggravated robbery.
Wannyn is accused stabbing 71-year-old Albin Buechel multiple times after breaking into his home Seagraves Road.
Wannyn is being held at the Cumberland County Jail under $1.5 million bond and he will be arraigned in court March 19th.
