Sparta Electric Outage Planned For Saturday

Sparta Electric will have a power outage Saturday night.

All customers west of the White County Courthouse will be affected.

The power will be disconnected in that area beginning at midnight. The outage will continue from three to five hours.

Sparta has been upgrading its power grid this month. Planned outages have occurred since the beginning of the month for various parts of the city.
