The Tennessee Firemen’s Association has a new, local president.
Sparta Fire Captain Barry Brady was elected earlier this month.
Brady has been a firefighter for 30 years and a member of the TFA for 20 years.
He was hired as a full time firefighter with the Sparta Fire Department in 1990.
Brady’s goals include promoting quality training for firefighters across the state, fire safety training within communities and supporting the children’s burn center.
