Smith Co. Man Facing Charges For Growing marijuana

A Smith County man faces drug charges after deputies located marijuana growing at this home.

34-year-old Terry Judson Meador of Brush Creek facing charges of manufacture and sale of a controlled substance.

Last week authorities responded to a home on North Field Lane for an animal investigation. When they arrived on scene they discovered 14-marijuana plants growing in various pots outside the property.

Meador admitted to growing the plants and he was arrested and taken to the Smith County Sheriff’s Office.
