The Cumberland County Central Communications Committee has selected six finalist for the position of Cumberland County E-911 dispatch director.
They include Angela Petree, former police chief Rod Shoap, Michael DePoortere, Richard M. Holt, Christopher Cord and Misty Swiggart.
The person selected on November 16th will replace Mike Blackwood. Blackwood was terminated by the communications committee in August for failure to meet professional standards.
Angela Petree has been serving as the interim director since Blackwood’s termination.
