Senator Bailey, Bowling Appointed To Senate Roles

Senator Paul Bailey has been reappointed to his role as Commerce and Labor Committee Chairman for this year’s General Assembly.

Lt. Governor Randy McNally said this about his reappointment of Bailey.

“Paul Bailey is a business owner and a conservative,” McNally said. “He intimately understands the needs of entrepreneurs and employers as well as workers and wage earners. He has done an excellent job as chairman and I am proud to reappoint him.”

McNally also reappointed Senator Janice Bowling as Deputy Speaker for the state Senate. McNally will serve as Speaker of the Senate after being reelected.
