SCUD To Continue Purchasing Water From City Of Crossville

The South Cumberland Utility District will continue purchasing their water from the city of Crossville.

Crossville’s City Council has approved a contract renewal with SCUD allowing them to continue purchasing water from the city for at least the next 10 years.

SCUD signed a contract to purchase water from Crossville in January of 2007, but that contract was set to expire in December of this year.

The new contract will expire in December of 2027.
