RNC defends Trump’s attacks on Baltimore, Elijah Cummings

As Democratic presidential candidates debate in Detroit, President Trump is keeping up his attacks on Baltimore. Mr. Trump has spent the past few days criticizing the city and Maryland Democratic Rep. Elijah Cummings, who has represented the majority African-American district for over two decades and chairs the House Oversight Committee, which has launched numerous investigations into the White House.
