Report Shows Increase In Traffic-Related Deaths Across UC

A total of 61 traffic fatalities have occurred in the Upper Cumberland this year, which is eight more than this time last year.

Numbers released by the Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security shows Warren County having the highest number of traffic fatalities with 14 in 2017. That’s eight more than this time last year.

A total of eight traffic fatalities have occurred in Putnam County this year, which is seven less traffic fatalities than last year.

Cumberland County has reported six traffic fatalities this year, which is four less than a year ago.
