Ralph’s Donuts Listed For Sale By First Realty Company

One of Cookeville’s most notable landmarks and long-standing businesses has appeared on a local realty site for sale.

First Realty of Cookeville list Ralph’s Donuts on their website for $700,000.

The owners of Ralph’s Donuts declined to comment but did release a statement saying the donut shop would not be closing anytime soon.

“Ralph’s is not closing, we are looking for someone to keep it going,” The owners wrote. “[I]f we do not find [a]nyone we will keep it going.”

The listing has appeared on other Cookeville-area realty sites although the listing and purchase would go through First Realty.

The quarter-acre commercial retail site sits along South Cedar Avenue in Cookeville’s downtown area just off West Spring Street.
