It has been more than a year since Rachael DelTondo, a well-liked 33-year-old teacher, was gunned down in the driveway of her parents’ home in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania. Complicating the case is an economic downturn and rumors of corruption in the Pittsburgh suburb.
