Grab and go meals will be available to all young people 18 and under in Putnam County beginning Monday.
Parents or caregivers can stop by one of 12 schools between 10:30am-1:00pm using the car pick-up lane. Children must be present to receive the meals.
The pickup locations include Algood Elementary, Avery Trace Middle School, Cane Creek Elementary, Capshaw Elementary, Cornerstone Elementary, Jere Whitson Elementary, Monterey High School, Northeast Elementary, Park View Elementary, Prescott Elementary, Sycamore Elementary, and Upperman High School.
Bus deliveries will also be available across the county. Parents can visit the Putnam County Schools website for routes.
Federal rules changes made for the coronavirus allows for the Nutrition program to serve any student in the county, not just who attending the Putnam County Schools.
