Cookeville’s Publix will open August 29th in the new Shoppes at Eagle Point development.
Mayor Ricky Shelton announced the grand opening date Tuesday evening.
Publix and Academy Sports will be the anchor stores of the 228,000 square foot shopping center, which sits off Interstate Drive and Walnut Avenue.
Stores that have signed leases include Ross Dress for Less, Petsmart, Ulta Beauty, Five Below, and Chipotle.
